I haven't been eating enough and I've been eating a lot of Atkins products and processed foods. I've been staying low-carb, but I haven't been eating healthy or exercising.

I've been very busy lately, so when things settle down I'll get back in the groove. No weight-gain at least.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 69.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

No gain is always a positive!!! Sometimes I get in a rut when i am busy so hats off to you for still eating healthy and exercising!!!
