nothing out of the ordinary - just the usual daily minor fluctuations.

Eating window ran a bit a late last night as the hubby brought out some amazing cheese. Whats the point of LC lifestyle if I cant enjoy cheese? Lol.

Eggs. Cheese. Bacon... these are the three things that make LC all the more worth while.

My guess is salt content slighty up + a bit of dehydration due to the heat.

All in all unless it continues to spike up for now not worried.

131.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too... not the wine though since I stopped drinking, but cheese... mmmmmm... hard, soft, creamy, moldy... doesn't matter as long as its cheeeesssseee :)
