Well yesterday was my 1 month anniversary @ fatsecret.com. Didn't even bother to check in as I knew would be going ham. Woody's for lunch, tons of bread, pizza and craft beer. But I can say that I've lost 14.2lbs since I started last month and I can be proud of that. I look forward to seeing where I'll be next month.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
