I fell off the wagon. It seems like the same old story again. I ate waaayyy too much. I did not pay attention to calories, fat or how much. I was even eating late at night. bad. It has been over a month.

I still have a goal. I am starting my journey again. 20 pounds will get me OK. I want to focus on losing the gut.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

I hear ya. I seem to be good for a few days and then bad a few days so I am staying the same and not losing but want to. Like you said you still have a goal and just keep trying to reach it!

Gosh same story for me too. I'm good during the work week, but weekends come and I just fall away from diet and exercise. Stinks because I only have 15 lbs to lose and I'm just struggling to stay on track and keep my goal.
