woohoo! I can feel myself lighter :D
I've lost 8lb so far since last month, only thing is I haven't really focused on exercising at all.
Last summer I was 121lb but i did insanity workout and was thinner then I currently am atm, I can see the difference from fat loss vs fat,muscle, and water loss through just dieting.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
