Good morning everyone. I have fallen off the kitchen plan, however, my continued workouts have kept my weight relatively well. Not happy about the weight gain, however, I won't beat myself up. I'm up and back on track. Enjoy.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
