Today is the day I start changing my life. I signed up with a personal trainer for 52 weeks. I usually couldn't afford one, but a friend's trainer was starting a deal where if you paid for 3 months of training you got a whole years worth. I meet with him at noon. He has me on a "fat flush" diet for the first 2 weeks (1200-1300 calories) and I will exercise every day for 15 minutes (his list of exercises). He says I'll lose 10 pounds by the end of the first 2 weeks, I don't believe it. Guess we'll see.
235.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
