woohoo! I've managed to change and kick out high calorie foods. Once in awhile i'd treat myself to chips, cookies, and crackers, but i kicked chocolate 100%.
I don't crave peanuts so much anymore, I cut down eating meat products by 95%, only animal product i eat now is egg and seafood.

Lost 3kg in a month so far~
(June 11 - July 11, 2014)
123.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
