Going the wrong way again. In sept Dr and I will be going over meds so maybe there will be changes. I know several of my meds cause weight gain so hopefully those ones will be changed but I'm not holding my breath. I am going to do the induction part of the atkins programme again and hopefully my weight loss will start going down again.

272.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
