Back up again I am starting to get dizzy going up and down. I am getting frustrated. At least my blood sugar is maintaining a good level. I am not giving up. That would be foolish. But isn't the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over again and expectng a different outcome. Hence I have to check things again. The heat is really starting to wear me down. I am sleeping ++++and feel like a wet rag when am awake.

Can anyone tell me when I schould be testing my blood sugar. I test at night before my snack and before I go to bed. My dr doesn't feel I need to test but with this diet I want to know where I'm standing and if my diet is working. So if I'm only going to test once or twice when would be the best time.

Going the wrong way again. In sept Dr and I will be going over meds so maybe there will be changes. I know several of my meds cause weight gain so hopefully those ones will be changed but I'm not holding my breath. I am going to do the induction part of the atkins programme again and hopefully my weight loss will start going down again.
