1429 kcal Fat: 39.55g | Prot: 76.17g | Carb: 113.36g.   Breakfast: apple, almond silk vanilla milk, kroger whole grain oats. Lunch: bell pepper, boneless skinless chicken breast, rice vinegar, zucchini, Olive oil. Dinner: chicken breast, broccoli, zucchini, Olive oil, onions. Snacks/Other: grapes, Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, mini chocolate, banana, pinot noir, kroger pepper cheese, breton crackers, Original Hummus, black olives. more...
losing 0.5 lb a week
