Worse than I expected, BUT... I am NOT phased by the set back! I haven't been to the gym since Tuesday last week... I thought working my A** off at my vaca home would be enough to maintain my gains, but... no worries. I WILL HAVE those 2.5 pounds off in a few days!

Hope all my American FS Buddies enjoyed their 4th of July Holiday! I surely did!

I am in the same boat, and I need to go to the gym and face the scale. It will come off very quickly for us, like it never even happened. We GOT this !!!!!!
