Well very minimal loss, this week but a % at that. So I was working on my sons car yesterday through on some jean shorts and as I was walking they literally fell off, I look at the size the were some 36' I had. Now the 34's are I bought are starting to get a little loose, so as for the tiny weight loss it is okay I know I am a good looking guy who's clothes fit better or are looser or just plain fall off so I am good with that.

Happy 4th every one :)
200.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
