4/25/11 Found great salad for dinner at hotel. Hoping they didn't put any sugar in the Caesar dressing-I think I made it through this 3rd induction day :)
152.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
