Down, wooohooo. I'm down. Not much but down. My dh took me for a frozen yogurt this very hot afternoon and it was ooohhh sooo good. What a treat. I don't deal with heat well, hence the heat here is realy getting to me. I'm indulging in the atkins breakfast drink and with the help of a hand held blender and some cream (part of the atkins diet) I turn it into a thick shake. Mmmm very tasty and very refreshing. Jane
