Under 140! After a pause for a couple of weeks, seem to be headed down again. It's like coaxing a reluctant puppy down the stairs 🐶
139.7 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1409 kcal Fat: 32.16g | Prot: 55.40g | Carb: 236.71g.   Breakfast: Bob's Red Mill Ground Flaxseed Meal, Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Great Value Frozen Mango Chunks, Great Value Sliced Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Blueberries, Hummus , Sourdough bread, Coffee. Lunch: Parsley, Broccoli , Zucchini , Olive Oil , Carrots , Green Peas (Frozen) , Bob's Red Mill Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries. Dinner: Apricots , Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, Sourdough bread, Trader Joe's Mirepoix, Publix Yukon Gold Potatoes, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Dry Sweet Whey, Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Publix Yukon Gold Potatoes. more...
