I was worried that I got back to where I started but it was just a miscalculation~ I overate for about 4 days in a row, eating over 2000 calorie every day in the 4 days of hell. I went to weigh myself after 24 hours when the hell disappeared and I actually lost 0.5lb when I went back on, my body and metabolism likes to play tricks on me sheesh.
