I gained .2 and I'm trying to tell myself that's ok. I don't need to be below 91 don't even need to be 91 but it's hard because it feels so good to see a loss . I've dieted off and on all my life so my brain says losing is good gaining is bad. It's hard to retrain my thinking after all these years.
91.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
