kmunson's Journal, 29 March 2022

This app has changed from what I was used to. Trying to find my way through it with all the changes.
The journey this time is not going as I hoped. Initially the pounds seemed to fall off and now they are coming back even though I added stationary bike riding and keeping below the calories that my doctor gave me to stay below; 2200. This app says 2000 so I have kept below that.
I have bad knees and thyroid issues. all complicates trying to resume this journey. Any help others can give me would be appreciated. I am a very picky eater...and do not like most vegetables which makes it even harder.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thyroid and/or medications can play havoc with the body. A nutritionist can help you put together food list of what you need and also work around what you don't like.

Good luck. Weight is us usually up and down. It is a long game.
