I fell off the bus today, on purpose, and you know I enjoyed every lusious morsel. This diet I'm (atkins) on is actually the first diet in many years that has worked so there is no way I'm giving up. But today I needed to indulge so I gave myself permission to do just that. Now I am ready to hop back on the bus. The side affects of two of my meds is weight gain hence sometimes I feel like I'm fighting an uphill battle but when I have lost the weight I won't need those meds any more. Jane
