I'm not thrilled with today's number, but I'm not gonna let that get me too down. The body fat has gone down. Today over last Saturday it is down over 2% and has been just about every day this week. That equates to a loss of over 4 pounds and a gain of muscle of the same.

I'll keep on keeping on. Now, Core Synergisitcs!
