fat 41.8% completed week 2 X 5 days of figure 8 core workout learn. I do feel I need to do this for another week though. I have also included a daily walk this week. pacing myself with music, I started out with 30 mins, but from Thursday I increased this walk to the neares public convenience! I haven't timed it yet but it's been nice and sunny with a pleasant breeze so I really enjoyed it. Wake-up heartbeat has gone lower, my blood pressure had gone down to normal, but today it went up again to normal high, so I will have to remove capuccino from my walk stop, maybe carrying my water bottle will be better. My first breakfast meal is around 11-12 after the walk, I only drink water from waking till I go for my walk. I am very happy with today's results. today is day 2 from the second 14 day cycle menu. I did substitutions but I generally eat all the veggies and grain included. I made my soy mince recipe on days when it calls to eat meat.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
