went on vacation April 1-12 on a cruise. when i came back i was up to 175#;sort of shocked. on april 12 i went back to weight watchers meetings, forked out the money for 12 weeks to start on the new points plus system. i would never believe it, but the first week i wasnt even hungry.fruits and most veggies are free except for beans,peas,corn,things like that. i was down 6# and back to where i was 35 days ago. i exercised 4 days last week. this week my goal is 5 days. so far, so good. i have done the treadmill for 1hr each day.journaling is the key.i have that notebook everywhere i go. i had 2 challenging days of being away from home and still was successful.i am encouraged.
