There must be hope to get to goal weight this time!
I started using some aids to help with my weight loss.
Write down, or a least be aware of what I'm consuming each day.
Started Belviq
Started Yacon Syrup
Cutting way down on Artificial Sweeteners.
Go ME
Go YOU too!
164.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm finding it helpful this time to pre-plan each meal. Even if the plan is to eat out, just plan ahead. That way it's in you log, you wrote it down and don't change it or add to it.

I believe writing everything down is a good trick. I started and some of the calories in some of the things I was eating is shocking, and explains a lot! I've read your profile, and we share the same exact dieting history, and age. I posted a thread about metabolism, and I must admit I got a little jolt when answered by glaun. He looked at my diet history and to paraphrase, said that if history repeats itself it's time for me to start abandon my diet and start gaining. Yikes. I decided I must not let that happen again. I must get off the hamster wheel of my life. So I'm committed, (and committable..lol) Hope this helps. Have a great day.
