I know it's been a long time since I have been here. The vacation is over and I need to get back in gear. I have seen the scale creep back up to the 260 and a bit beyond and I cannot have that. This is NOT an option.
258.2 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
