TXSnowman's Journal, 14 March 2022

Monday morning weekly weigh-in. Down 2.6 for the week. Genuinely pleased that I've managed to continue my weight loss during tax season. Long hours at the desk are not conducive to diet and exercise. All of my measurements are moving in the right direction. Body fat is down (both subcutaneous and visceral), Body water is up to 45.4% (shooting for 50%), Muscle mass is up and importantly, Muscle storage ability is up to the standard range.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 94.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
