160lbs and half way to my goal in less than a week! I went ham yesterday however, with a Pizza breakfast, chic fil a lunch and a pizza dinner as well as 6 beers. Obviously that can't be an everyday thing but I felt ok with 120% because I've been under since I started on Tuesday and I'm seeing the results. I rode my bike to meet a friend at the bar and watch the world cup game so I felt a little bit better about myself. I only brought $10 with me because I figured even if I felt the urge to drink more and increase my calories, it would be impossible once the cash flow ran out. But one Jai Alai and PBR later I simply couldn't resist my buddy's offer of another PBR on his tab. By the time I got home I was too tired to go to the store and get something nutritious so I had a smoke,popped two slices of the pizza in the oven chilled with my water and passed out on the couch. Fantastic DAY!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
