I went out for dinner last night to Red lobster. I really tried to focus on healthy eating there, but it's very hard. My date ordered soo much food and I was very tempted to do the same. We ate very late too, which I usually try to avoid. But i had stuffed mushrooms, side Cesar salad and grilled Salmon with Broccoli and mashed potatoes, no dessert. I drank a lot of water with the meal and only had half the mushrooms and a little bite of the mashed potatoes. I ended up taking half the meal to go. I still was all worried about my weigh in today, but turns out it didn't effect the scale results :) Very happy about that!!!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is great news. Last time I went to red Lobster, I went to put it in my food diary and thought I was going to pass out when I saw how many calories some things had. I hope you had a good time. :)

You did really well with the food choices and how you ate it. Boxes to go are the thing at a place like that, now you can enjoy the rest of it when you want and you've spread those calories out. We have 2 dogs at home who expect to get treated with extras brought home every time we go out to eat...it's like they somehow know what we're doing. :)

Sounds like you did great. If I get a regular meal, I always order the box and put half in right away. You should be proud.

Thank you all, I'm really happy that it went so well. I'm just having the last of the salmon with some veggies on the side. It's kinda crazy when you come to think of it. ONE meal ordered at a restaurant can be spread out over three days of eating. Insane if you're asking me. That's why i don't like eating out.
