Continuing to make progress despite not loosing any weight last week. Only 5lbs to go till I reach my goal...things are going well and it eating healthy is not as hard.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
