I just weighed myself today and saw 167. I used to drink 4-6+ beers a day, often craft beers. I decided to cut out all alcohol until I lost the gut and titties. Been sticking closely to everything I eat rounding up for safety. Rather than reach for chips or pretzels in between meals yesterday, I had small portions of carrots or strawberries. When I saw last night that I still had 14% left on my RDI I decided to splurge and had a medium fry from McDonalds. I know that's not how we're supposed to do it but I still finished at 96% of my RDI with 4% to spare. With my meals and snacks recorded up till dinner tonight, I realize I have only 68% of my RDI for the day. I wonder if I can have 3 or 4 beers and if so I will still be under my RDI for 2 days in a row. My only concern is that 3-4 may lead to another 3-4 and that is not acceptable. I will report back tom on how everything went.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
