So what had happened was: there were these ribs and bag of chips that were left over….. good news, all that is gone, visiting friends gone, exercise and WOE resumes today.
236.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
