It is amazing what a little physical activity will do. I worked in the garden for about 2&a half hours in the morning and then another 40 minutes or more in the evening sweeping up the Elm seeds. I did pretty well on eating yesterday, as far as calories go. However, when it came to actual food choices it was pretty crappy. A lot of sugar. I did manage to stop eating by 530. At least I got one right.
