This is my problem... i work soo hard through out teh week to lose a few pounds and the weekend i lose control! This weekend this lady told me we were in teh big girls club! Omg.... just about died! I have 12 days to lose 8lbs!!! wish me luck!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
