Nice change in the scale this morning. Needed a boost to be able to keep going. Trying to kick er down again and try to get off this plateau that has been way too long. Fresh fruit and veggie season and lots of gardening to do, so no more excuses. Now if I can figure out how to walk in mud to do that gardening it would be great! Any ideas? We have had 5" of rain since Friday night and it is supposed to rain more again today, tomorrow and Thursday.

I've been in the same boat! Only my scales have been going up! I think it comes with age. Gets more difficult each year....

I agree Becky...it isn't fair that hormones going wild causes it to be so hard!

I just kick my flip flops off and give my feet a mud scrub and dive right in to the garden. I do make a lot of deep foot prints but that's ok. Awesome job on your loss !!!!! :)

Good Job! Everyone seems to be upset with having rain in their area, while here we're sweatin bullets cuz it's so dry, & the coming hot weather will bring the brush fires. Exercising indoors isn't nearly as much fun, but at least it does keep the fat monster at bay. Hugs, & Best Wishes For Success & Sunshine!

Glammer, wish I could send the rain west. I don't know why we are stuck in this pattern. We had more snow than normal after a drought last year. Now that it was turned on we can't seem to turn it off! We have clay soil so I am afraid if I sunk in they would never get me out! Now that is not a pretty picture ;)

Way to go, your numbers are looking good...... Now sure could use some of that rain you're having. We are just having hit and miss showers in the evening. The gardens and crops are really thirsty around here.
