Well slight progress, but 1 lb. at a time I guess and I haven't been perfect at it. I did sneak a pork rind here and there and I need more activity. I think I will repeat the fade away for another 10 days before moving on to Finish Strong phase. You still lose weight but begin adding carbs in slow moderate amounts.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
