Gained a few pounds this past month.
No judgments.
No stress.

Just stating a fact [as a mere observer].

I have been practicing 'mindful eating' and weighing in every month. My weight has stabilized in a way I never DREAMED would be possible for ME.

Once you give yourself 'permission' [and ALLOW yourself to have ANYTHING YOU WANT] the 'thrill' is gone.

The desire to 'cheat' with a 'forbidden' food, dissipates.

This means you can RECLAIM YOUR POWER.

YOU have removed the volatility of the 'foods-in-question' and THEY CANNOT CONTROL YOU ANY LONGER.
