Lets get this party started...going to focus on eating healthy the next 7 weeks. I'd like to lose 5-8 lbs. My goal is 2 lbs a week.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
