I love your attitude because YES...it's definitely OK and normal to have ups & downs. Your green line will soon be turning to blue as you're getting so close to your goal!💙

Thank you so much ive hit my goal it's a fight between the green and blue but I've come so far and I listen to you guys and weight is a funny tricky thing so I'm learning not to freak out just keep doing my best
