I think I lost a lot of waste over the weekend from menstration to dumping of constipation. I started the day with thin slice of pepperoni pizza, chili fritos small bag for snack, a Walmart egg roll for lunch, then Tuscano soup and garlic bread, and a glass of wine for dinner, followed by a couple of chocolates. Not ideal for weight loss, but probably ranging from 1400-1500 kcals.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
