I'm menstrating. I started the day well knowing we were going out to eat for dinner, with 1/2 egg salad sandwich, salad and slicenof thin crust pizza for lunch, I did a no no by snacking on a handful of chips and salsa, then I ate too much at Wolf Lodge for dinner. I should have asked for a box to take 2/3 to go. Then we stopped at Dairy Queen because Don was still hungry, but didn't want dessert, so I ordered a brownie blizzard, finished Don's French fries, and shared his Pepsi. I'm sure I consumed over 2000 kcals
229.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
