Great work! I've been eating close to what you describe for about a year and a half now. My macro balance is 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. The only fat I cook with is olive oil. I eat fat free yogurt and 2% cottage cheese. My health has improved by a ridiculous degree and I've never felt better. I do track everything I eat, though, and plan to do that forever. Best of luck to you. I'm confident you've found a winning formula.
