I have a love hate relationship with my neighbors tree. I hate the trashy thing that takes up so much of my time that I could spend in my garden. I love going out back with a knife a spoon and a cup of coffee and getting my breakfast avacado. Oh forgot to mention it part of my new morning routine. Well better start at the beginning... I got a new med clonidine for blood pressure and hot flashes. So they are using it on Adhd ppl. I never knew I was this kind of mess... sparkly! So long story short .....I can think in a straight line! I never knew it was possible without 53 tangents! My house is neater than it ever has been cuz of the clonidine and the Fly lady cleaning app. I have even found lost projects. My morning Is.... out of bed, make bed , dress, Hubby starts coffee , HTE, (hair teeth and eyeballs) pack hubby lunch, start load of laundry, check calendar, swish n sipe, empty dish washer, and go watch the sunrise...That's the goal beat the sun. I'm not worried about the weight gain because I was completely empty due to the flu... It was scary to loose 7 pounds in one day.
219.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
