Okay, at least I didn't gain. I stopped tracking my food, and I saw it on the scale. My commitment seemed to be put back burner. I am back on track this week. Recording food again and with renewed focus.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
