I ate a fried appetizer and a plate of stir fry from Hu Hot, then I ate 4 pieces of sugar free chocolate, chips and salsa at home which undoubtedly doubled my caloric limit.
229.7 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 99.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
