Weighed a day early since I won't be near a scale this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by my weight loss this week. I officially reached my goal today. Now the goal is to maintain it.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
