Well didn't quite meet my goal of 205, but it is down so I am happy, I guess I'll shoot for 202 next week. You Have to have little attainable goals.
206.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
