I think I used up all my words in my journal entry earlier today! Feeling great and looking forward to being able to train for that Fall 5k....
254.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very well said, and very well done on your earlier journal. As the Bard wrote, "Parting is such sweet sorrow." You will find the perfect way to express yourself at your final session. Meeting a new clinician before completely breaking with Erin is a great idea. It will give you a chance to ease into the new relationship. I am so very proud of all the hard work you have done to make such extraordinary progress. I know you will continue to work hard on your metamorphosis in progress!
