Well considering the last month of chaos, traveling lots of eating out a lot and little working out I'm glad to see I'm on track even with such a long time span.

I've struggle with when I weigh myself. Because I was I. The doctors office the other day and off course the scale fluctuates a few pounds by mid day. I wasn't happy with it. But I'm my happy with my weight in general. I'm not doing this to show for someone else, I'm doing it for me.


Part of my
194.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
