Performance: losing 4.2 lb a week

Goal Weight

I live in Colorado, and I have never been thin, but muscular, now its just flab and I'm sick of it. I have always made excuses for myself but I think that by being more aware of my activity level and also what I eat will make a huge impact. I'm really not a junk food person but I tend to not eat enough or eat to much, so this will help me balance it all out. I have two dogs, two horses and two children, so I really don't have any reason to not be healthier.

Essential oils to aid in weight loss? Thought/opinions
Styna- that is the one I'm talking about. It is very strong, I tried a glass of water with it in it but I actually enjoyed it. I don't drink soda or anythng sweetend, my coffee is the only exception and I use honey instead. Water gets a little old after a while, I drink a lot of water. So I enjoyed the dimensions it added.
I was curious more about cravings. I sit at a desk all day, I am working on buying a standup/sit down conversion for my desk. I always feel like eating and snacking. I read a lot of reviews on Amazon ac last night, didn't know there were a supplier. I don't expect the EO to shed my pounds but if it can help me avoid boredom snacking or distraction snacking that would be helpful for me.
Ingria- that's what I'm looking for! I know eat less move more is the only way to get rid of excess weight but if I can find something to help make either one of those more consistent or even a little easier that would be great!

Essential oils to aid in weight loss? Thought/opinions
I went to an essential oil class last night. It was informational and had a lot of interesting applications. There is a blended oil that's for weight loss. I'm obviously interested and planning on trying it. You put a few drops in your water throughout the day. Has anyone used any essential oils? Weight loss or otherwise? I'd like some thoughts or opinions. I'm not looking for an excuse to eat anything or everything nor a miracle that allows me to not workout.
I'd like some actual information from others that have used or thought about using essential oils.

Sketchers Shape-up's, any opinions?
Alright so I got them yesterday and so far LOVE THEM! Obviously it's a little soon to tell if they are actually working, but I do have to say the normal soreness I feel at the end of the day due to my displaced hip is gone. They are great to wear all around the house, while doing laundry, dishes, etc. Also I feel that I work more muscles when walking or even standing, so we will see how it actually goes.
