Well I am a little disappointed that I did not drop any weight this week. I have hit a plateau which happens and is normal. I am going to add an additional 10 mins to cardio starting tomorrow.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
